Laurel House Awarded Grant from the New Canaan Community Foundation at Annual Awards Breakfast

On Tuesday, May 23rd, Laurel House, Inc. was awarded a grant of $11,000 by the New Canaan Community Foundation at the foundation’s annual awards breakfast held at Norwalk Community College’s PepsiCo Theater. The grant will be used to fund Laurel House’s Thinking Well (Cognitive Remediation) program, a privately funded program that addresses the long term cognitive impairment of those living with serious mental illness.
